performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the context of performance assessment, performance is to be considered not only in the area of subject competence, but also in other areas of competence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The grades in the reports take into account the mathematically determined grades and the individual learning progress as a pedagogical individual assessment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Half-year reports take into account the performance of one half of the school year, and annual reports take into account the performance of the entire school year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The grades in the vocational and non-vocational learning areas are based on the subjects, learning fields, learning areas, qualification components or modules assigned to them.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verifiably unexcused absences will be made up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the rules are violated during the performance, the performance certificate can be assessed with the grade &#8220;unsatisfactory&#8221; (0%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Work and social behaviour<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pupils&#8217; work and social behaviour is assessed according to uniform standards throughout the school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transparency<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checklist wp-block-list\">\n<li>At the beginning of each school year and each school term, students are informed by the respective subject teacher in all subjects, learning fields, learning areas, qualification modules or modules about the services to be provided and the weighting of individual service components in the awarding of grades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pupils are informed of the possibility that individual subjects, learning fields, learning areas, qualification modules or modules may only be taught in one half of the school year and that the corresponding grades will be included in the school year or final report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Written certificates are announced.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pupils are regularly informed of their progress.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legal bases and decisions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checklist wp-block-list\">\n<li>According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nds-voris.de\/jportal\/?quelle=jlink&amp;query=SchulG+ND+%C2%A7+34&amp;psml=bsvorisprod.psml&amp;max=true\">&sect; 35a Abs.2 NSchG<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nds-voris.de\/jportal\/?quelle=jlink&amp;query=BBiSchulV+ND+%C2%A7+22&amp;psml=bsvorisprod.psml&amp;max=true\">&sect; 22 BbS-VO<\/a>, the educational groups and subject groups specify the principles of performance assessment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The class conference determines the marks on the report according to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nds-voris.de\/jportal\/?quelle=jlink&amp;query=SchulG+ND+%C2%A7+35&amp;psml=bsvorisprod.psml&amp;max=true\">&sect;35 Abs.2 Satz 2 NSchG<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/section>\n    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<!--blockstudio\/blockstudio\/accordion-single--><div class=\"accordion-blockstudio-5093a17a9b4969e5d086c6de16.14976126 accordion\">\n    <input type=\"checkbox\" id=\"accordion-blockstudio-5093a17a9b4969e5d086c6de16.14976126\" name=\"accordion\">\n    <label class=\"accordion-label\" for=\"accordion-blockstudio-5093a17a9b4969e5d086c6de16.14976126\">Principles for class tests and examinations<\/label>\n    <div class=\"accordion-content\">\n        <section>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Principles for class tests and examinations of the Berufsbildenden Schulen Walsrode<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-color-main-color\">Resolution of the General Conference of 22.06.2021<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Graded and non-graded pieces of work are part of the performance and competence assessment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Graded and non-graded pieces of work check the competences described in the school curriculum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Organisation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checklist wp-block-list\">\n<li>At the beginning of the school year, students are informed about the principles and significance of tests and written examinations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Class tests and exams are part of the annual work plan and are announced in good time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The class team co-ordinates the scheduling of class tests and examinations in order to avoid a sudden increase in the number of tests and examinations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Class tests and exams are scheduled in such a way that it is still possible to make up the test or exam before the end of the year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procedure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checklist wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handwritten tests and exams will be written using authentic writing materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pupils&#8217; corrections will be made by deleting the passages to be replaced.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pupils may use Duden and foreign language dictionaries in class tests and exams. Specialised resources may be allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Assessment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checklist wp-block-list\">\n<li>The written performance in class tests and exams will be evaluated according to fixed criteria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Written work will be assessed in the form of reports or detailed annotations.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spelling and grammar will be assessed according to fixed criteria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Feedback<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checklist wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students receive feedback on the quality of their work and advice on how to improve and develop.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correction and return of homework and exams will take place promptly and should not exceed a period of three weeks.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solutions to the set tasks are to be presented or worked out together with the students when class tests and examinations are returned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students, parents and companies will be given a reasonable period of time in which to view the marked tests.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compensation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checklist wp-block-list\">\n<li>Compensation for students with disabilities can be granted by the class conference upon request in accordance with &sect;35, paragraph 2 NSchG.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Retention<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checklist wp-block-list\">\n<li>After the end of the school year, homework is kept in the school archives for 2 years and then destroyed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legal basis and decisions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checklist wp-block-list\">\n<li>According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nds-voris.de\/jportal\/?quelle=jlink&amp;query=SchulG+ND+%C2%A7+34&amp;psml=bsvorisprod.psml&amp;max=true\">&sect; 34 Abs.2 NSchG<\/a>, the principles for class tests are decided by the whole school conference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nds-voris.de\/jportal\/?quelle=jlink&amp;query=SchulG+ND+%C2%A7+35a&amp;psml=bsvorisprod.psml&amp;max=true\">&sect; 35a Abs.2 NSchG<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nds-voris.de\/jportal\/?quelle=jlink&amp;query=BBiSchulV+ND+%C2%A7+22&amp;psml=bsvorisprod.psml&amp;max=true\">&sect; 22 BbS-VO<\/a>, the education groups and subject groups specify the principles for class tests and examinations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>According to the RdErl. of the MK of 2.1.2012, point 3.1.6 &#8220;Retention of written material in public schools&#8221;, class tests and exams are destroyed two years after the end of the school year in which they were written.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Supplementing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checklist wp-block-list\">\n<li>RdErl. d. They complement and support the learning process in class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A distinction is made between written work, reading or research tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students are fully responsible for completing the assignments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Practical reports and assignments as well as assignments in distance learning are not homework in the sense of these principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Functions of homework<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checklist wp-block-list\">\n<li>Homework serves the purpose of repeating and practising the content of lessons and specific working techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They reinforce what has been learnt in class.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They prepare the content of subsequent lessons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They promote independent work and individual time management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They support the assessment of individual performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Criteria for setting homework<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Homework has an obvious connection to the content of the lesson and is integrated into the lesson.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They are prepared in the lesson so that they can be worked on independently in the following lesson.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The homework is discussed and corrected in the following lesson.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The work is checked by the responsible teacher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The responsible teacher evaluates the results of the work appropriately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Criteria for setting homework<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checklist wp-block-list\">\n<li>Homework has a connection to the content of the lesson that is clear to the students and is integrated into the lesson.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They are prepared in class so that they can be worked on independently in the following lesson.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The homework is discussed and corrected in the following lesson.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The work is checked by the responsible teacher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The responsible teacher evaluates the results of the work appropriately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Planning and organising homework<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checklist wp-block-list\">\n<li>Teachers are responsible for the methodological and didactic design of homework and learning at home.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parents, guardians, institutions and companies are reliable contacts for pupils when it comes to dealing with homework, strengthening them through affection and positive attention, supporting them in structuring their time and organisation and, where appropriate, providing them with support in terms of content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teachers, parents, guardians, institutions and companies exchange information about the organisation and support of learning and homework at home in class conferences, at open days or in individual consultations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The maximum daily and weekly time spent on homework is determined by the class teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The class teacher is responsible for coordinating, planning and documenting the homework in the different subjects of a class.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With the exception of reading assignments, homework in full-time forms of education is not assigned over the weekend (Friday to Monday) or during the holidays.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Evaluation of homework<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checklist wp-block-list\">\n<li>Homework is not graded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failure to complete homework can be penalised.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Legal basis and decisions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checklist wp-block-list\">\n<li>According to &sect; 34 Abs.2 NSchG, the principles for homework are decided by the overall conference.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>According to &sect; 35a Abs.2 NSchG and &sect; 22 BbS-VO, the educational groups and subject groups specify the principles for homework.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Supplementing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-checklist wp-block-list\">\n<li>RdErl. d.
